Thank you all for registration to IESO 2024!
1. We are currently conducting a survey to gather the arrival and departure times for each delegation, which will help us better organize airport pick-up and drop-off services. Additionally, we are arranging accommodation, and you may specify a roommate preference in the survey as well. You can provide us with your flight information, accommodation details, and any other special requests through this link: IESO 2024 Survey (https://forms.gle/4D1nrHs22SZBRGSx6).
Please complete the survey and ensure that every member of your team receives this message. This way, if any members have different flight arrangements from the team or have other special needs, they can inform us by filling out the survey.
2. We invite each delegation to submit a video clip showcasing the scenery of their respective country or region, to be displayed during the entrance of each delegation at the opening ceremony. Although submission is not mandatory, please send the download link (e.g., Google Drive) to ieso@pku.edu.cn by 24:00 on July 31st (UTC+8). Kindly refrain from attaching the video file directly to the email to avoid exceeding file size limits.
For those interested in submitting a video, please ensure it adheres to the following quality standards: pure video with background music only, no subtitles or text content, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and sufficient resolution to ensure clarity.
